Sound/Sample packs

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds on sample packs. We suggest customers back up sounds/packs to an alternate hard-drive to protect against loss of purchase. Damaged + Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Lessons

If there is a scheduling conflict or technical issue that prevents the lesson from taking place, we will offer a full refund. However we cannot offer a refund in the event a lesson has been scheduled and the student does not show up. Please coordinate via email at dj80n3@gmail.com if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson.
